- Can AutoArchive handle more than one vehicle?
- Yes. Fleet Starter includes 5 vehicles, Fleet Growth 25 and Fleet Pro 100. Each vehicle has its own documents, service history, MOT record and running costs, while the fleet view summarises them together.
- Can my colleagues see the same vehicle history?
- Yes. Invite colleagues to your fleet workspace as admin, member or viewer. Everyone sees the same records, and roles control who can add, change or remove them.
- Does AutoArchive work for rental and company vehicles?
- Yes. You can record each vehicle's operational status — available, in use, rented, in maintenance or off the road — and note who currently holds it, alongside its full document history.
- Can I import an existing fleet list?
- Yes. Upload a CSV of your vehicles and AutoArchive previews every row, flags duplicates and only creates the vehicles you confirm.
- Do I lose my personal vehicles if I create a fleet?
- No. Your personal archive stays exactly as it is. A fleet is a separate workspace and you switch between them at any time.
